After the thunderstorm on Saturday night my garage door motor does not work. i logged a claim with ref number BL - 4GDV with the absa insurance call centre on Sunday morning and never heard of them again. I have phoned the call centre 4 times since then but one cannot get through. every day our lives are in danger with the garage door standing open but nobody cares. should I die, due to intruders entering through that open door, please contact the ABSA call centre
