I yust want to know why is it so difficult for Standard Bank. to provide a service I have a funeral insurance that I paid from 2003, in December 2013 I send two mails about a enquiry after more than two weeks time they yust send me my policy but didn't resolve my enquiry, I send two mails already in January 2014 direct to Mosele and still waiting for feedback I'm a client from Standard bank for more than ten years and o yes and they are very quick to inform you that you are a very loyal customer, but didn't know anything about client service My message for Standard Bank you are not the only insurance or bank in this world, and I'm not going to beg you to provide me with a decent service, I will closed my account there is. Other company's that is more willing to do business and know how to treat a customer with respect
