On the 13/12/2013 I noticed a strange amount went of my account, I called the call centre and the agent told me there been many calls of this nature and it's a technically error, I asked if I should be worried and stop my card, he said no that wont be necessary. All I have to do is go into the bank and they will do a reversal. Monday was a holiday so I went to the standard bank in Gateway mall to sort this out, I was told that it's a technically error and it will be sorted in 2 days and if not I should call. I checked my account the Thursday and they was nothing so I waited till the Friday and called the bank, again I was said it's a technically error and I explained that I did go into the bank and nothing is sorted... the agent logged a ticket and said she will get back to me. Which she didn't!!!
I then went onto my internet banking and left a secure message infact I left 3... 3 days later I get a call saying by the agent that a ticket will be logged and it will take 13 working days
I waited and on 09/01/2014 I called again and was told that it hasn't been 13 days due to holidays, so I asked the agend please work out what is 13 days. I was told 14/01/2014 I will be called
