Hi on the 18th december i called the standbank callcentre because there was two stop orders went out on my standard bank account on the 14th my ref no for the call on the 18th is 2jes2s1 the agent did tell me that it was an error on they side and a team leader will call me and the money will be credited into my account
need to wait for 11 working days which i did buy no feed back or credit was done i then called on the 13th of jan at 14.13 ref no raj5605 and was told the same thing that was told to me on the 18th and still no feedback no call from no team leader i am very disappointed with the service i am getting i have my account with standard bank for the last 18 years
