I have complained time and time again, sent emails with copies of the bills and the consultant says it will get paid immediately, excuse was there was a change since they became part of 1 Doctor. I have now been handed over by pathologists cause they about settling the claims. I receive a call today to say that the account was paid, i ask for proof and they cant give it... same bull story over and over again. I spent an hour holding on. Ive been a policy holder for over two years and never experienced such bad service.
