I submitted a claim for vehicle damage 9 December 2013. I have called more than 10 times to followup, when i call am been told the claim is with an assessor, and that the assessor hasn't made any notes. When i call the assessor or email he doesn't respond. Please i want my car fixed, i have been driving around with broken headlights and bonnet. Yet still i pay my car insurance every month.
