Insurance Claim

I had an accident on the 13th of January at about 22:00 in the evening. I reported the accident at 6 o clock the following morning and received my claim number and I was also advised to visit the drive in centre as soon as I can so the assesor can the damage. I went to the drive in centre on the afternoon of the 14th and the gent said the claim would take about 3 days to complete. It has been 6 days already and I am still waiting for them to get back to with regards to the claim. Every time when I phone in they said the assessor has made no notes on the system and therefor cannot assist me until the assessor made the notes. I have to phone in every time to get feedback and have even asked for the assessor to phone me back but with no avail. I went back to the drive in centre on Monday the 20th of Jan which the gent said it might be done the next day being the 21st but I am still waiting and no feedback was given to me. Please can my claim just be sorted out and please can somebody just get back to me. I am really not happy at all with the service!
