No feedback on my pending claim

To whom it may concern,

My claim was lodged last week Monday (14 October) with Santam through your call centre, an independent assessor was assigned by Santam and arrangements were made for the assessor to come and look at the damage in my property the following day (Tuesday 15 October). I was informed by the assessor before leaving my property that feedback/a report would be supplied early this week (meaning Monday or Tuesday this week). Every day this week I have called the Santam call centre to find out the progress of my claim, the call centre are unable to supply any clarity and even after speaking with the assessor they are still waiting for feedback. I have also spoken to (Leonard) myself and despite being given assurances that feedback would be supplied yesterday, it was not forthcoming.

Please can an urgent update/clarity be supplied on this claim.
