Hi, You sent me an invoice for an outstanding amount wrt a vet visit. I paid this and sent you the proof 2 weeks ago. Without fail every 3 days I get a reminder from you that this amount is outstanding!! I have sent the proof through at least twice. Today I call - firstly on your voice prompts there is only 2 options 1. ambulance 2. hospital pre auth... I needed accounts!!! sO I chose the hosp pre auth option. They then put me through to customer care, who put me on hold to check with the accounts dept, i then get onto a new person who knows nothing of what i just explained to the person in cstomer serive and I get cut off!!! I am ignoring you guys now. I have paid and sent you the Proof. If you cannot allocate that is your problem! I really and considering going to another Pet medical aid.
