Most useless insurance eve

The worst decision I ever made was changing from Santam insurance to M&F. Being a Old Mutual employee I thought I would insure myself with Old Mutual. I will honestly advise everyone I know to stay away from M&F. I submitted a claim on the 13th December and I am still waiting for the claim to be approved. It took 2 weeks for the claim to be sent to the assessor and now I another delay cause the assessor must still submit his report. My claim number is 81256590.

It's extremely ridiculous for the claim to take so long when I have submitted all the documentation required.

What do I need to do to get this issue resolved.
