We would like to thank Discovery Insurance for the excellent service we received recently. Two days after an armed at our home, we lodged a claim with Discovery. Within the same hour, Marlize Fourie (Discovery Assessor) contacted us and scheduled a meeting to assess the extent of the damage for the following morning. The meeting held was extremely professional and to the point as Marlize had informed us of all the documents/evidence she required the previous day.
Following our meeting, Marlize kept us updated daily regarding the status of the claim by means of email and telephone. Within two working days, we received the claim agreement document. The claim was settled within a week which to us was very impressive.
