I must convey my utter disgust and anger with Discovery Insure. After being without a car for 3 months due to the damages caused by Discovery Insures service providers which was probably the most stressful situation dealing with them.
I have spoken to them 3 times asking for them to extend the rental with Avis as my car was not fixed yet and i was told every time they would. This did not happen. I received a call from Avis saying that i was going to get reported for basically a car because t the car was "missing" due to discovery not extending the rental and now that i have returned the car my account gets charged for the extra rental days because they didn't extend the rental! Then today my insurance premium goes up without any notification what so ever. I am at a lost for words for the service received Its and absolute disgrace! Really not worth it! I will be changing insurance companies as soon as possible!
