I lodged a car claim with Discovery Insure 2 weeks ago. We had to call them numerous times to gain information re: an assessor/procedures. After 5 days we eventually received a contact number to take our vehicle for assessment only to learn that they are acting on behalf of Discovery Insure. 5 days later, an assessment report has yet to be filed - and the Discovery Insure Call Centre merely shrug their shoulders. Phone messages are not returned. No action plan is discussed with the customer. There is no expediting or follow-up on their side with their poor service delivery/suppliers. What do we pay for?! It is the shoddiest service delivery experience I have yet to come across in South Africa.
