I am greatly dissatisfied with the conduct I established from the accessory of Auto & General.
I was handled as though I was the victim in this state of affairs. I was told that I cannot be supported or paid out unless they receive all receipts for my goods.
The properties that were I purchased in June / July month, and I now do not have any proof thereof as I have already disposed of it. Where do I now find receipts for goods I have purchased so long ago?
The kind of treatment I received was of no interest and was handled with no compassion as their client.
I do however understand that Auto & General does have their protocol that needs to be followed, but please understand me, your own client that has been a valued client for three (3) years!
