Delivery period a lie

I placed an order on the 2nd of January, it is now the 16th of January and guess what? I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered.
The rewards and the prices are GREAT, but the service is pathetic. I am just SO glad that I did not place any orders for Chirstmas gifts, because I suppose I would still be waiting for them?
Please do something about this!!!
