I ordered a phone online on Monday 27th January, and it was approved by 4:30pm.
The delivery was suppose to take place on Wed 29th January... Its Thursday 30th January and I'm still waiting!!!
When i contacted the call centre regarding this, they apparently had an address where they could not get to... BUT NOBODY bothered in phoning me regarding this!!! They have 2 numbers to contact me on!!!
And even asking why no answer was given by the call centre agent, and after saying that I never had a problem with vodacom in the last plus minus 10years, the agent just kept quiet... not a "sorry for the inconvenience" NOTHING!!!
I find this very inappropreiate!!!
