Fast track, slow track, no track at all

I had a burst water pipe on 27 12 13, phone absa fast track. they sent out plumbers to fix the pipe. I am sure they found them on the street corner. half drunk they dug up my paving broke the drain cover (well) and try to patch the burst pipe. I went mad and told them to replace the pipe sect. Sorry we have no 3/4 inch pipe, so I supplied the pipe. Paid R500 excess and said they are finish. So I ask about the mess, the long hole and the drain and paving, no another team will put it back and fix it. No other team. Now trying to get absa to sent somebody and they said I must see if I can find my own contractor which I then did. Gave the quote and no we dont pay for it in full and I must pay another R500 excess. After 3 weeks of trying to speak to somebody to sort the mess out. you talk to a brick wall and everything is still in the same mess apart from new promblems now of rising damp as rainwater runs in underneath my house. It is impossible to get someone to sort the mess out, they just dont comunicate with you. I am, this is the worst service ive ever had and you must just keep paying out R500. I could have done it myself for about R250 and no damage. Time for the ombutsman
