We unfortunately became one of the statistics of South Africa house breaking in December 2013 again. I made contact with Outsurance to lodge my claim, the call centre assistant was very sympathetic and very helpful. I submitted the necessary information and continued on my holiday. On my return the claim was resolved in less that a week. WELL DONE OUTSURANCE YOU CAN SHOW MANY COMPANIES WHAT SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT. I am a client for many more years to come.
