BAD SERVICE broken promises and false advertising

I have been told that FNB is the way to go with business and personal banking... all I can say is run far away.
Bad service and empty promises are all what their advertising campaign is really about - at this point I want to try Steve from beep bank!

At no point did I ever get the service I was promised nor did any of my many issues get resolved with out me calling many times. The call center agents are a bunch of with serious attitude problems - overall a real BEEP bank themselves!

My supposed bank manger just simply keeps referring me back to the business help desk - Whats the point of having him then?

I am just happy I did not move all my personal banking to them, rather stick to the devil you know!

Be warned FNB is not all its cracked up to be! Simply just another useless bank!
