It makes me sad that I have to come here to resolve my queries, but I have not other option.
After four calls and five months of waiting my husband and I are losing patience. The DQ track in the car that I purchased in August 2013 is not reading through points for me to get my fuel rewards. The rewards stopped in September 2013. There is "Java error" according to technical and while we appreciate that problems take time to resolve, this is no longer acceptable.
We have requested escalation on the query on more than one occasion and we are promised feedback that never materialises.
Discovery - go and listen to the calls you will get the full story there. I am tired of fighting. The fuel rewards make insuring my items with you worthwhile. If you are not able to sort out the problem then just tell me so that I can start shopping around.
