I'm getting tired of the empty feedback I receive from ABSA Rewards. My previous matter still hasn't been resolved. Had two agents tell me the matter has been resolved and that my Absa rewards points have successfully been converted to smart shopper points. This is still a problem. I have requested in my previous complaint that I want my Absa rewards back into my account. I don't want to convert it to smart shopper points. Such a simple request but nobody can get it RIGHT.
