I called miway last week to ask for a reduced premium as I lost my husband in November 2013 and cant afford their premium on my own. The consultant said she would call me back after she had spoken to her manager (not sure but think her name was Nomsa). I still haven't heard from them. My premium was collected today after I explained that I have 2 small children and only 1 income. Miway, sometimes you guys really disappoint me. Most of the time you are great! But today I am unhappy!
