On 30 December i had a problem with my car, it wouldn't start. I called the insurance to get help, i was sent from pillar to post, after having called about 5 numbers because none seemed to know how to help, i got hold of a lady by the name of Shelley Hercules, i was extremely frustrated at the time and the car dealership also gave me problems, however Shelley helped with that too. She helped get me a tow truck, called constantly to see if it has arrived, gave me all the information and even made arrangements with the dealership to have the car delivered there. I know she was doing her job, but ensuring Hyundai was aware of the problem wasn't her responsibility, she still did it. Despite my frustration she remained calm and was extremely patient, understanding and helpful. I'm really grateful for her assistance. May she continue working with determination. bless her.
