After an accident where 3rd party about what happened. I explained to Jeanine that the damages to the 3rd party could have happened if I was driving astride a 15cm high island. she got pictures of his damages and after a year of negotiations I was proven correct and he wrong in so far as how the accident occured. as such my excess was refunded.
