Last week 10 April I was involved in a car accident where a truck drove into my car. This was the other party's fault. I explained to the consultant that I spoke to the Manager of the other party and he confirmed that they will cover all my damages. As soon as Outsurance heard I was not claiming from them there was this immediate attitude that then I must handle it myself. I do not have a problem to pay the excess my problem is that I will loose my outbonus for something that was not my mistake. No one can tell me as well that if outsurance claim it from the other party and receive all the money back why then can I not receive my outbonus? They are not bending backwards! I'm paying for insurance and then they can not even help me. I'm very frustrated. I will move to miway then as they do not punish their clients for someone else mistake.
