Terribly bad service

I phoned in for a claim on my bakkie's windscreen on the 10th of Dec 2013. I am still waiting for the claim to be processed. I've been placed on hold every time I phone for more than 10 minutes per phone call. Today, 15th Jan 2014, I received a phone call from them trying to sell me a bunch of other things and when I asked them about my claim I was put through to 3 different people and they said that they will phone me back. still waiting on that call. Their service is pathetic to say the least!!!
