Please avoid Miway at all costs. They promise you the moon and stars and when you need them they dont deliver at all. I have been phoning for two weeks now to make a claim after an attempted hijacking (the agent didnt even bother asking if I was ok!) in which my car was damaged. They get your ID number and then put you on hold for well over 15 minutes. They then come back on the line to "take a message" and promise to phone you back. I have phoned several times, this happens each time, and they never do phone you back. Been waiting for one of my million call back promises for two weeks now. Absolutely disgusted!!! They will waste your mobile phone airtime and monthly premium and give you nothing but frustration in return. YOU ARE NOT COVERED, THEY WILL NOT TAKE YOUR CALL AND THEY WILL NOT LET YOU MAKE A CLAIM AT ALL. Please avoid Miway they are, cheats and!!!
