Last year December 2013 I have contacted OUTsurance and asked them to re-instate a policy we have cancelled recently.
They keep on sending me the policy with errors in and after many attempt from my side I have asked them not to proceed with it as OUTsurance staff seems to be incompetent to interpret my needs.
When I came back from holiday I have notice they have debited my bank account without my approval.
I phone them and insist that they refund me.
Nothing happen.
I do not like this companies Modus of Operandi.
