Poor service

On Thursday, last week I responded to an offer for a loan in 24 hours response from RCS. It is now Wednesday the next week and after numerous phone calls from me to them, I am now told that they want bank statements and stuff from me. I never received any call from them indicating that there is stuff that they wanted. Yesterday, they told me that they are still waiting for a email from my bank regarding my account. Now it is a whole other story again. This is really very poor service from them. Seem that they do not know what is going on. Different people speak different stories.
