VERY POOR COMMUNICATION, LITTLE FEEDBACK

My vehicle finance contract states that the last payment was due on the 01.12.13.i honed MFC on the 7th December to query when i will receive the original documents, the lady told me it will take 7-10 days as they wait to see if the debits don't get returned. My account was debited on the 02.01.2014 with an amount of R1522.00, this was not accounted for. I went into bank and reversed the debit as i didn't understand what it was for and had not budgeted for it. Then i got a call on the 9th Jan to say that my debit was returned and that i am in arrears for the debited amt .i disputed that and wanted to know why they say that i am in arrears as far as i was concerned, i was not and if i were, why didnt they say so earlier, .Surely, if you owe them money mthey will keep phoning you and advising you that you have unpaid amounts of money, they will not leave it to the last installment and then tell you. I requested for my documents and am told that if i dont pay this money in, i cannot get the documents .i am livid!
