I launch a complain with FNB on 15/9/2013 with all the nesessary paperwork in connection with people taking money of my account after I cancelled their order. I supply them with all the proof of cancellation etc. Needless to say it is now 5 weeks later and up to now no reaction what so ever. I send several emails and phone calls. Due to the fact that I'm in Australia at the moment I cannot visit a branch to sort this problem thats why I email them all the paperwork and explain my situation. I cant talk of service because there is no service. They did receive my email this is the confirmation I receive.
