To say that iam upset is an understatement went to the bank to reverse a debit order and was told that I need a letter who's money is it if I may ask? why was this sms sent to me ealier last month if not a month beforr??? this is and shows that ur contradicting urselves Capitec: Proof of settlement / cancellation now needed for account deduction disputes. For 3 disputes of same amount in month; no proof needed. Info 0860102043
