My appled IPOD music device has over 11 000 songs stored on it. Being a radio presenter and proud to have accumulated all these songs over the last five years, I was shocked and very disappointed to hear from the Menlyn Store in Centurion that they cannot do a single thing to find the vault that causes my Ipod's sound to be distorted, and that I have to buy myself a new Ipod.
This is really a low blow to say the least. I feel that this is an abusive, bullying approach towards customer support. My collection of music is valuable to me and my IPOD just as much. I cannot afford to replace the music ever again or fork out money for this type of electronics. This was a gift to me. Ser no 8L743R7QA5N
