I have put in a claim for an IPOD TOUCH 64G 5TH GEN and a PS VITA3G with 32 gig memory card that I have swopped a R10 000 laptop for presents for my Daughter's birthday that is 23 April 2013. This was over the Easter weekend. First they said they will only cover the PS vita and not the IPOD as they don't cover for MP3 player after a lot of debate I have proven that the IPOD touch is not an MP3 player. Now after this now they claim I don't have enough proof that I had these items. I have sent them numerous mails that I do a lot trading on Gumtree. There is numerous gadgets in my house that I don't have proof of like an Xbox360 with Kine-ct; PSP with 16gig memory stick. PlayStation 3 limited edition and the list goes on. So if I lost one of these items and I don't have proof of it what happens then. I need this to be sorted as every time I have a claim there is always something else. As I have said before.
