I ordered some musical equipment online, and opted to collect the product at the closest store.
I arrived the next day and found that my products were only partly in stock. Spencer had called (though I'd missed this), and I was clearly in the wrong. But the kind folks at Marshall then offered to drop the product off at a venue where I was training the following day, even though no delivery had been paid for!
I am still blown away by this remarkable generosity, and will certainly know where to spend my musical money in future. Thank-you for making my day..
