Loud music prevents iPod pleasure

Good day to you Sir/Madam

I use the upstairs area of your branch to cycle (the space between Kuai and the pool) and find the music so loud that it often interferes with listening to my iPod. I have asked reception to turn it down with not much success.

Please can their be a volume bench mark implemented throughout the club for members' iPod enjoyment?
