UNHAPPY IRATE CUSTOMER

I ordered a MacBook Pro last year shortly before Christmas and to my knowledge, delivery of the device takes max 2days. After 2days of no communication as far as how far the consignment was, we called back only to be told by an automated voice that the shipment will be dealt with on the 7th January 2014.

7th January came and left... we called a day later and our shipment was processed. The laptop was delivered on the 10th January after an sms was sent to us advising that it will only be delivered on 13th January.

When I switched on the laptop, it had an out of box failure because there was no detectable hard drive. We called FNB the same time and they said they would dispatch a courier to pick it up and drop another off on 13th January. I called the courier to enquire as to what time they will be here... lo and behold, they have NOT received any instruction from FNB to collect the faulty device and deliver a new one.
Now i am waiting to hear as to why they are not willing to honour their word as no one gets back to me...

I a utterly disgusted to have any aflliation with FNB at this time.
