I called Discovery Insure on 30 December 2013 to send a tow truck and supply a rental vehicle. I was stranded just 10KM out side of Bloemfontein. The following happened.
1) The agent spoke unclear and wasn't effective.
2) I was promised a call WITHIN 25 minutes to confirm what and when, and promised that a rental car as well as a tow truck will be at my location within 45 min.
3) I called back 35 minutes later only to be informed that they are still looking for a service provider.
4) Just more than a hour later I got my car going and drove back to Bloemfontein.
5) More than 2 hour later I received a phone call from Discovery to find out if I still need help.
6) It is only now more than 2 weeks later that someone called and apologised that they left me next to the road with my 2 kids and wife.
7) The person that called told me that Discovery does provide the service, it is done by a outside company.
Totally unacceptable and pathetic
