I am a Capitec mutual client have been banking with them for more then two years, but I have never received such poor service I was assisted by a rude lady by the name of Gugu Dlamini no compassion no warmth from the start when I was serviced by her the was attitude, my query was credit application not did she check my documents or work the system she just says am declined and when I check its almost time for the bank to close so I feel she was doing that just to clear the Que she was so arrogant when I asked she didn't even check even gave me attitude when I called for a manager her words "go in the an call her yourself"I am so stunned that in my experience I have never been treated like that since I bank with Capitec I hope Gugu Dlamini will start having compassion no how to put the client first that I am not just a number...
