I got to capitec in woodmead hoping to apply for credit, just before I take a service ticket I was asked what I would like to do at the bank, I explained that I would like to apply for credit, I answered all her questions. However she told me to come back during the week since they cannot help me with credit on weekends, fo heavens sake why does the bank open on weekends. She went to an extend of tellin me that they cannot help me with anything at that point and time not even check if I qualify for the credit and how much. Two weeks ago I was at campus square capitec going for the same thing to apply for credit still I was told they are offline however they were able to check if I qualify or not, I resorted to go to capitec cresta well they are disgusting forever on offline mode REALLY!!! For a bank that my salary goes into this is downrught disgusting that I cannot get help from my bank the bank that I have been using for 3 years this is the kind of service I get.
