For those of you do not know FNB refuses to let you know how much they will give you for a home loan before you have a "fully completed and signed offer to purchase". I find this so ridiculous that they expect you to go home shopping without knowing your budget. Where would you even start???
I belong to premier banking where they state on their list of advantages "Facilitate all your Home Loan and Vehicle Finance applications", yet when I phoned them they did not even attempt to help me and just transferred me to home loans who were incredibly unhelpful and had a bad attitude.
I then complained on the fnb premier banking website, but have yet to hear back from them. I sent them a second email stating how disappointed I was in their lack of response, but am still waiting for a reply.
Can't help but wonder if I have made a huge mistake moving to FNB :(
