I applied for a home loan (building loan) with fnb, but since the beginning of the process it's just been disgraceful how Fnb has reluctantly given me feedback, As a Premier banker one would think you would get better service and communication. They have made me feel like they are doing me a favour by giving such substandard service As as first time home buyer I have 50% of the purchase price as a deposit and I have been declined the amount that I wanted to finance and to top it off I get a pathetic interest rate.i have always called them to find out of the preceedings of the loan. So much for the slogan "How can we help you! " I think I'm going to start banking with other banks... I'm jumping ship with my accounts..
