I was promised that I would get a free overall assessment and that they will be coming to have a look once my vehicle payments have been done for the initial deposit and the first month, now I have been informed by Trevor Nair - the Manager and a member of his staff that I was suppose to immediately request them to have come out for the assessment and that the service was only valid from the 15th to 23rd of DECEMBER??? But the previous agent said that this was cancelled (the assessment and that they dont come out to the clients anymore) on the 5th of NOVEMBER 2012, someone is lying, as i only took out my policy in the beginning of DECEMBER, and then they told me they do the free assessment and I have nothing to worry about. So 3 different stories, I suppose its only fair as I did speak to 3 "call centre agents". BAD SERVICE. BAD ATTITUDES. BAD PRODUCT. So shocked at the product that I told family and friends to apply for and in the end I am made out to be the for false info given just to make a quick buck. Seriously upset.
