I recently changed banking details, and did all the necessary debit order switches etc. I have proof that my premium was paid, yet this is the second month that I receive an sms claiming that I am not covered. This is unacceptable. I called the number included in the sms, only to be passed around by "the wrong person/department" Sort this out TODAY or, reimburse me for my premiums collect for the 2 months that I had "no cover".
