Please advise me on what i do with my situation.
When my vehicle was repair last year caused by hail damage, I noticed 3 dents that were not fixed upon me collecting my vehicle.
The panelbeater said that they sent through approval for the reparing of this a while ago with no response from Santam and I need to take my vehicle as they cant keep it due to December close down as i should bring it in January 2014.
Moreover, Im not happy with the paint work done on my roof as its already peeling believe it or not, I have a garantee on the paint work so this isnt a problem.
Last week Monday i sent an email to all the parties involved at Santam asking what is happenining with my situation with no response. i email Tracey Mias yesterday and noticed she is still on leave so i mailed Helena Friedman with my problem, no response.
Please assist me
