No answer to my queries for 6 months!

I admit that I haven't made payment to RCS for at least 6 months. It's not something I'm proud of. However, my account details changed and I wanted to update them. I tried to phone, was cut off. I emailed many times and never received a reply. Now, I have been written off as a bad debt and this affects my credit record.

I will be the first to admit that I should have tried harder, but how about a little warning guys? How about 1 phone call to ask me for payment, or even a reply to my emails? Do you seriously go straight for judgement without even calling your debtor to ask for payment?

You typify everything that is wrong with the South African credit system.

I DO want to make payment. Call me if you're ready to accept it.

Shocked by the action taken in bad faith.
