SANTAM CLAIM No 164371409 : PROPDEV CONSTRUCTION
Our client had an accident with this Range Rover on 18th of July 2013; registration number BS14CTGP. The vehicle was towed because the radiator was damaged.
Tshepo Lenyanyabedi - Santam assessor referred the clients' vehicle to PT Paint & Panel - 011 8871304.
We were phoning the panel beater nearly every day. First we spoke to Mubeen Kerbelker; he then referred us to Ghil.
I spoke with Ghil from PT Paint & Panel on Friday - last week. She promises to phone the client to report back and have a courtesy vehicle ready for them; Monday - Tuesday on the latest.
Ghil promised our clients the vehicle will be ready today (Wednesday - 28/08/2013) without the courtesy vehicle.
The Range Rover is still not ready. We get no response from PT Paint & Panel.
I would definitely not recommend PT Paint & Panel to any of our clients.
