I recently has somebody sideswipe my vehicle when parked. The claim was lodged with Santam, who came back to me the same day asking for the vehicle to be assessed at one of their drive-in centres. Very quick and simple procedure, and the repair was authorised at a Manufacturer Approved Panel Beater on the very same day. Panel beater also contacted me on the same day to bring the vehicle in for repairs. Santam contacted me to enquire if I needed a hire vehicle. I appreciate the friendlly and ultra efficiency of all involved at Santam, and the speed at which my vehicle was sent in for repairs. Minimul fuss and disruption to me! Thank you SANTAM!!
