I am logging this complaint on behalf of a colleague who is unable to access the internet as I am not a customer of ABSA. A claim was logged in December 2013 and further follow ups were made on the 13th and 18 December 2013 with no repsonses from ABSA. Further to this, the contstruction company allocated has advised that they will only commence the work in February 2014. This is unacceptable since my living conditions are negatively affected. I would prefer a payout and will undertake the construction on my own if this is the case.
