Failed to follow up on a claim

Good day,

I registered a claim with Absa Homeowners Insurance in November 2011 to repair damage to my house's roof that was leaking. They responded and told me it was mainenance and i needed to do it at my own cost. I then had a construction company re-do my whole roof, painting and sealing, replacing purlins etc. I spent an amount of ZAR 70, 000 in december 2011 and thought my roof had been fixed. With the raining season in 2012 i had the contractors go out to fix the same roof that they sealed, seeing that it was leaking again. Now in 2013 the roof is still leaking and I registered a claim with reference no 18149 with Absa, seeing that my house now has internal damage due to the leaking roof. From my perspective ive done my bit fixing the roof and Absa needs to take it from here.. I cant struggle with a leaking roof year after year. Absa responded and said to get back to me within 48 hours from the 18th of December. Ive had no response since then.
